The Illustration of Franziska Barczyk
At Cut Once branding and design, we're excited to be working with the amazing Franziska Barczyk on an upcoming editorial project. Barczyk is a German-Hungarian illustrator in Toronto. A graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design, she is known for her bold colors, geometric shapes, and figurative collages influenced by surrealism, Dadaism, dance, music, and everyday visual irony. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Globe and Mail. Barczyk has collaborated with UNESCO, the Toronto International Film Festival, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She also creates personal work addressing social issues, showcasing her art in solo exhibitions through painting, collage, and other mediums.
Cut Once is a full-service, strategic design firm committed to helping ambitious organizations communicate more effectively.
